We draw on the latest research and knowledge in learning, and often create solutions across media to best support the message and learning.
At our company, you won't be met with fixed templates or a one-size-fits-all mindset. Instead, we put our heads together to develop the unique e-learning solution that meets our clients' expectations. Our designers focus on design while our content experts begin the process of selecting messages. Together, we adjust and shape our products and solutions to fit our clients' unique situations.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we develop e-learning that actually delivers concrete results.
On this page, you can read more about our approach to e-learning: didactics, process, price, and technology, etc. So you can learn more about what you get when you choose us as your supplier for your next e-learning course production.
"We are very pleased with the result. E-learning specialist has been competent sparring partners who have made learning about insurance entertaining, which is saying something. We thank you very much for the cooperation!"
Mie Nielsen, Tryg
We develop digital learning within, among other things, awareness, compliance, and much more.
We have a handle on the technology. We have 20 years of experience with SCORM and LMS and are experts in e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline.
We challenge conventions - and you - and deliver creative solutions so your audience doesn't get bored.
You will of course receive:
"If the only tool you have is a hammer, then all problems look like nails."
That's an old saying. It's important to us that what we deliver creates the desired results for our clients. So if we don't believe that e-learning is the best solution for your task, we'll make a video, a game, an infographic... "Whatever it takes."
We set ourselves apart from other e-learning suppliers by daring to say that there is too much boring e-learning in the world. We don't want to contribute to that. That's why we challenge ourselves every day and strive to create e-learning that learners actually want to learn from. To be honest, it can be difficult when it often involves technical topics such as compliance, IT security, work environment, GDPR, etc. Fortunately, we have a large toolbox to turn to, and we find it super exciting to work on conveying "boring" topics in an exciting way.
In our toolbox, you will find, among other things: classic e-learning with interactivity, tests/quizzes and diplomas, films, animated films, learning games, and other forms of digital learning. We also create blended learning, where presence-based teaching (physical or virtual) can be combined with digital learning where relevant.
We also challenge our clients and say no to tasks if we don't believe they will have the desired effect.
When we develop custom e-learning, it naturally adheres to all relevant e-learning standards, whether it's SCORM or Tin Can/xAPI. We are SCORM Ninjas, in part because we have built our own Learning Management System (LMS), so when we deliver a product to you, you can be sure the technical aspects work in your LMS.
Of course, we only use SCORM in our solutions if necessary.

At Elearning Specialist, we work according to the principles of self determination theory and predictive coding theory. In short, we start from each person's prerequisites and motivation to learn.
That's because we humans can't learn anything if we're not motivated.
We can build all the clever modules, courses, quizzes, videos, and games we want, but if your employee isn't motivated, they won't learn anything. That's why we design digital learning experiences based on knowledge of and research into learning and motivation.
We have a journalistic approach to communication and make an effort to find interesting angles on the content. We start from the premise that the recipient must WANT to see the content – even if it's mandatory/compliance training.
WE BELIEVE IN: Digital learning that makes sense to the employee – it produces results for your bottom line.
Below you can see our project model. We work in short iterations and make small, quick prototypes. This means that as a customer, you can "see the product for yourself" early in the process, while still having the opportunity to make changes to the product relatively late in the process – without it costing a fortune. And in a way that keeps the project plan under control. We use it where it creates an overview and adjust the number of iterations according to the scope of the task.
We've got the technical skills covered.

We start with a workshop where all relevant stakeholders participate. The goal of the workshop is to define learning objectives, i.e. to identify which messages need to be conveyed and to which target audience. Then a storyboard needs to be written. We can do it for you, or you can choose to do it yourself. If you want to do it yourself, we can help you get started with the work by giving you our e-learning storyboard template and teaching you how to use it. Then the process starts to produce the actual e-learning modules and refine them through several iterations.
When we make video with "ordinary people" – employees or experts – who need to talk to the camera, we often have a slightly different approach. Our experience is that most people are far more credible when they are as relaxed as possible. So instead of a storyboard, we typically write a shorter brief, which consists of a list of topics that the participants should cover in their own words. Then the process runs according to the same principle as above, i.e. in iterations where the product is refined after each iteration.
"Elearningspecialist is for us a fantastic supplier. Quick response and super-skilled consultants who time and time again have helped us with some of the more twisted technical challenges in connection with our e-learning projects. I always contact Elearningspecialist with peace of mind, knowing that I get the best professional help on the market, at a reasonable price and with good communication from start to finish."
Morten Billcliff, project manager for the Digital Learning Center in Copenhagen Municipality.
When we have delivered a project to you, we have of course ensured that it works in your LMS, regardless of which supplier you have.
We work with well-known standard tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond, and more. And of course, you will receive the source code and all rights to everything we deliver - and we offer courses where you can learn to develop udvikle e-learning, so you can work on it yourself.
That way, you are not tied to us as a supplier, and you can, for example, update the e-learning modules we deliver yourself, or ask other e-learning producers to do it.
We believe this provides the best security for you as a customer.
After a brief initial conversation, we typically arrange an online meeting of about an hour's duration, where we discuss your project further. What messages do you want to convey, who is the target audience, and under what circumstances will it be delivered? At the meeting, we typically show you examples of different solutions we have produced. The advantage of this is that it gives you as a customer an opportunity to assess whether you like the solutions we have produced for others. The advantage for us as a supplier is that we can narrow down which solutions appeal to you. This makes it easier for us to find the right solution - and the right price - together.
That's a really good question. You can find part of the answer in this blogpost. If you want an estimate of how long it will take to develop your e-learning project, give us a call. Most of the projects we work on range from 14 days to 3-4 months, with a few shorter or longer.
That's also a really good question. You can find part of the answer in this blogpost.
If you want an estimate of what it costs to produce your e-learning project, give us a call. NB. The more information you can give us about your project, the easier it is for us to give you the sharpest price.
All kinds:-) And we're always up for a challenge. We produce compliance e-learning and awareness e-learning on topics such as GDPR, occupational health and safety, and IT security. We also develop software training, technical training, and much more.
Absolutely. We often hold workshops and presentations on e-learning and digital learning. Get in touch with us and let's discuss what you would like to learn, and we'll find the best solution for you.
I can understand how the two terms can be confusing. And it probably doesn't help that some people use the words incorrectly (no one mentioned, no one forgotten).
Her er vores bud på, hvad de dækker over:
Means learning that takes place digitally. So it can be anything. A Teams meeting or a webinar can be digital learning. Digital learning is an umbrella term for all learning that is in some way connected to something digital.
Means digital learning that has taken on a specific format. It is a non-simultaneous, interactive multimedia presentation that can include modules, courses, quizzes, video, learning games, and similar elements.
But it's a jungle out there, and there's not always consensus on what the words mean. That would be way too easy. ;)
Yes, you bet. We're happy to help you learn how to develop e-learning yourself. And, of course, we're available for advice along the way if you need it.
We also hold plenty of courses and workshops that teaches you how to create e-learning that works.
In short: We'll find a model that suits your needs.
Oops! Send us an email, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
