E-learning that creates results

We are based on the latest research and knowledge within learning and behavior.

We work with principles from behavioral design when we design solutions.

Knowledge that creates behavior is typically experienced as more relevant, is often shorter than "normal" e-learning, and creates better results.

Our starting point is that you don't need a course. You need a solution.

With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, we develop e-learning that actually delivers concrete results.

On this page you can read more about our approach to e-learning; didactics, process, price and technique, etc. Then you can learn more about what you get if you choose us as a supplier to develop your next e-learning course.

"We are very satisfied with the result. E-learning specialists have been competent sparring partners who have made learning about insurance something entertaining, which is saying a lot. We thank you very much for the cooperation!"

Why you should choose us as your e-learning provider

We develop digital learning within areas such as awareness, compliance and much more.

We have the technology under control. We have 20 years of experience with SCORM and LMS, and are experts in e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline.

We challenge conventions - and you - and deliver creative solutions so your target audience doesn't get bored.

We use principles from behavioral design in our development process. This ensures solutions are relevant to the target audience and create results for you.

You will of course get:

  • Fast delivery. We usually deliver within 1 week to 3 months. Depending on the size of the project.
  • Transparent process, where you as a customer can "see the product" early in the process, and are allowed to change it until very late in the process.
  • Source code and rights to all material we develop.
  • SCORM compliant e-learning. Both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004.
  • Good prices. We are happy to give fixed price offers.

E-learning. What do you get out of it?

In this video you can hear something about what you, your employees and your company get out of e-learning:

E-learning

E-learning provider that challenges

“If the only tool you have is a hammer, then every problem looks like a nail”

We differentiate ourselves from other e-learning providers in that we dare to say out loud that there is far too much boring e-learning being done in the world.

Of course, we will not contribute to that.

That's why we challenge ourselves every day and strive to create e-learning that recipients actually want to learn from.

We find it super exciting to work on communicating "boring" topics such as (compliance, IT security, working environment, GDPR, etc.) in an exciting way. We work purposefully to "translate" knowledge into behavior so that the target group can better understand what they need to use the new knowledge for.

Our use of behavioral design also means that sometimes we DO NOT create elearning. If a line in an email, or a well-placed icon, has a greater impact, you shouldn't create a course.

In our toolbox you will find, among other things: classic e-learning with interactivity, tests/quizzes and diplomas, films, animated films, learning games and other forms of digital learning. We also do blended learning, where face-to-face teaching (physical or virtual) can be combined with digital learning, where relevant.

We have control over the technology.

When we develop e-learning, it naturally complies with all applicable e-learning standards, whether it is SCORM or Tin Can/xAPI. We are SCORM Ninjas , partly because we have built a Learning Management System (LMS) ourselves, so when we deliver a product to you, you can be sure that the technical aspects work in your LMS.

Of course, we only use SCORM in our solutions if there is a need for it.

At Elearning Specialist, we work according to the principles of self-determination theory and predictive coding . In short, we take the individual's prerequisites and motivation to learn as our starting point.

The fact is that we humans cannot learn anything if we are not motivated.

We can build all the smart modules, courses, quizzes, videos and games we want – but if your employee is not motivated, she will not learn anything. That is why we design digital learning experiences that are based on knowledge and research in learning and motivation.

We have a journalistic approach to communication and make an effort to find interesting angles on the content. We assume that the recipient should WANT to see the content - even if it is mandatory/compliance training.

WE BELIEVE IN: Digital learning that makes sense for the employee – it produces results for the company.

We have control over the process

Below you can see our project model. We work in short iterations, and make small rapid prototypes. This means that you as a customer can "see the product for yourself" early in the process, while at the same time having the opportunity to correct the product relatively late in the process - without it costing you money. And in a way that still keeps the project plan under control. We use it where it creates an overview, and adjust the number of iterations according to the scope of the task.

We start with a workshop where all relevant stakeholders participate. The goal of the workshop is to define learning objectives, i.e. to identify which messages need to be communicated and to which target group. After that, a storyboard needs to be written. We can do it for you, or you can choose to do it yourself.

If you want to do it yourself, we can help you get started by providing you with our e-learning storyboard template and teaching you how to use it. After that, the process of producing the e-learning modules themselves and refining them through several iterations begins.

When we make videos with “ordinary people” - employees or experts - who are talking to the camera, we often take a slightly different approach. Our experience is that most people are much more believable when they are as relaxed as possible.

So instead of a storyboard, we will typically write a shorter brief that consists of a list of topics that the contributors will cover in their own words. The process then follows the same principle as above, i.e. in iterations where the product is refined after each iteration.

"Elearningspecialist is an absolutely fantastic supplier for us.

Quick response and super-skilled consultants who have repeatedly helped us with some of the more complex technical challenges in connection with our e-learning projects.

We have control over you and your project - even after we have delivered it.

When we have delivered a project to you, we have of course ensured that it works in your LMS, regardless of which supplier you have.

We work with well-known standard tools such as Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise, Vyond, etc. and of course you get source code and all rights to everything we deliver - and we hold courses where you can learn how to develop e-learning , so you can work on it yourself.

Then you are not tied to us as a supplier, and you can, for example, update the e-learning modules we deliver yourself, or ask other e-learning producers to do so.

We believe this provides the best security for you as a customer.

Frequently asked questions

After a short initial conversation, we will typically arrange an online meeting of approximately one hour, where we will talk further about your project. What messages do you want to convey, who is the target group and under what circumstances should it be carried out? At the meeting, we will typically show you examples of different solutions we have created. The advantage of this is that it gives you as a customer an opportunity to assess whether you like the solutions we have produced for others. The advantage for us as a supplier is that we can get to know which solutions appeal to you. This makes it easier for us to find the right solution - and the right price - together.

That's a really good question. You can find part of the answer in this blog article . If you want an estimate of how long it will take to develop your e-learning project, give us a call. Most projects we do range from 14 days to 3-4 months, a few are shorter or longer than that.

That's a really good question too. You can find part of the answer in this blog article .

If you would like an estimate of how much it will cost to produce your e-learning project, please give us a call. NB. The more information you can give us about your project, the easier it is for us to give you the best price.

All kinds :-) And we are happy to accept a challenge. We produce compliance elearning and Awareness elearning on, for example, GDPR, working environment and IT security. We also develop software training, technical training and much more.

We certainly can. We often hold workshops and presentations on e-learning and digital learning. Get in touch with us and let's talk about what you want to learn, and together we will find the best solution for you.

I understand that the two terms can be confusing. And it probably doesn't make it any better that some people use the words incorrectly (no one mentioned, no one forgotten).

Here is our guess as to what they cover:

Digital learning

Means learning that happens digitally. So it can be anything. A team meeting or a webinar can be digital learning. Digital learning is an umbrella term for all learning that is somehow connected to something digital.

E-learning/E-learning

Means digital learning that has been given a specific format. It is a non-simultaneous, interactive multimedia presentation that can contain modules, courses, quizzes, video, learning games and similar elements.

But it's a jungle, and there's not always consensus on what the words mean. That would be far too easy. ;)

Yes, you can believe it. We are happy to help you learn how to develop e-learning yourself. And of course we are ready to provide advice along the way if you need it.

We also hold lots of courses and workshops on how to create digital learning and e-learning that works .

In short: We find a model that suits your needs.

Oops! send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
