Compliance E-learning

Compliance training and e-learning solutions. GDPR, NIS2, anti-corruption and more.

Clear and precise learning for your employees, where compliance elearning clearly conveys important topics such as IT security, GDPR and anti-corruption.

For those of you who really just need to get a checkmark, but at the same time want to make a difference

At elearningspecialist we create compliance e-learning courses that go deeper than just meeting compliance requirements. We know that many companies need to ensure that rules and laws are adhered to. But we are aimed at you who have ambitions to make a real difference – and that is exactly what our compliance courses are designed for.

Online courses built on behavioral design

Our courses are built around behavioral design as a core element. We create learning that not only ensures compliance, but also gives your employees clear guidelines and rules for what they need to do to be compliant. Of course, it has to be legal, but true compliance is not just about looking compliant, but also about the recipients BEING compliant.

Time-saving and valuable learning

Let’s be honest: none of your employees are going to find our courses fun. But we work hard to make sure they experience them as valuable and feel like their time is well spent. Our goal is for your employees to know exactly what they need to do after the course to stay compliant.

Short, focused and user-friendly

That's why our online courses are short and focused, so you don't waste your colleagues' time with unnecessary details. The courses are targeted at a broad group of employees – not specialists.

Technical specifications and branding

Our courses are developed in Articulate Rise and delivered in SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 format, so they can be easily integrated into your LMS and ensure compliance with standards. If you don't have an LMS yet, you may want to consider our Activate LMS.

The courses are branded with your logo and cost DKK 12,000 per course – regardless of the number of users and duration. Customizations cost DKK 10,000 per course.

You can take over the courses so that you can develop on them yourself. (It costs 10,000 DKK. Requires a license for Articulate Rise)

Our compliance elearning courses

Our compliance e-learning courses cover important topics such as:

  • Human Rights , where we connect the understanding of diversity and inclusion to daily workflows.
  • IT security , which protects both you and your organization from digital threats (in preparation).
  • GDPR , so you can ensure data protection across your company (in preparation).
  • Anti-corruption , to ensure compliance with ethical practices in all your business areas (in preparation).
  • Working environment and safety , which ensures the well-being and safety of your employees in the workplace (under preparation).

Our didactic approach to engaging compliance elearning

At elearningspecialist we work purposefully to create e-learning that engages and motivates participants. Our goal is always for the recipients to want to complete the digital learning process, and
afterwards feel that it was worth their time.

This is particularly important, but also challenging, when it comes to compliance training, where part of the target group often already has knowledge of the subject.

To avoid repeating well-known theory, we use innovative formats and techniques, including:

Flip-it-around format

Instead of the classic structure with theory followed by reflection questions, "we turn the material on
"head". We present interactive tasks and cases where participants must choose the right action in a concrete, recognizable situation.

If the answer is wrong, we provide the missing theory as feedback. If the answer is correct, the feedback is shorter with supplementary information. This creates "teachable moments", saves time and avoids repeating well-known theory.

Techniques that engage

In addition to the Flip-it-Om format, we use a number of techniques to increase relevance, realism and benefit in e-learning:

· Create recognizable situations that provide answers to problems participants experience in practice

· Use realistic cases with plausible answer options that require reflection

· Clarify the personal benefits, including what you can do after the course

· Avoid unnecessary coercion and focus first on action, then on knowledge

· Make the material short, easy to understand and cognitively accessible

· Use interactivity that supports learning and makes participants reflect

Digital didactics

We know that trees don't always grow to the sky. In compliance training, there are learning objectives that don't lead to clear action goals. You can't always avoid coercion or make realistic goals.
cases.

But by incorporating digital didactics and behavioral design into the process, we can create much more engaging e-learning. We blog regularly on the subject and have a book on the way.

Read more about our approach to engagement and motivation in e-learning on the blog, for example about how to create an online course in IT security that participants actually want to complete.

Behavioral design creates better compliance

When we develop e-learning, we take principles from behavioral design as our starting point. The goal is not just to convey knowledge, but to influence the recipients' behavior and create lasting change.

That's why we always start by defining a clear action goal: What do we want the participants to do differently after the course?

Next, we set the learning goals needed to support the desired behavior.

We design the courses to clarify the value for the individual, promote motivation and make the new behavior easy to implement in practice. Knowledge that is not translated into action is harder to remember.

When are the courses finished?

The courses will be completed during the fourth quarter of 2015. Contact us if you would like to be notified when.
