Course in (digital) didactics - Learn to design good learning
This one-day course is for those of you who design learning and want to learn how to ensure that your recipients learn the most from the material you develop.
The course is aimed at those of you who design e-learning or other digital learning and would like a professional upgrade - and for those of you who are completely new to development and want to get started. The course is also for those of you who do "regular" analog learning, but need a professional booster.
You will learn how to minimize the bottlenecks in learning and create the best possible conditions for learning to occur.
You will learn how to attract the user's attention. You will learn how to control the attention of the recipients - and maintain it. You will learn what your recipients pay attention to and what they do NOT pay attention to, and you will get a checklist that you can use when developing digital learning to avoid the user's attention being "stolen" by distracting elements. You will also learn to avoid the most classic mistake that many developers of digital learning make.
You will also learn a technique that helps you expand the working memory of your recipients and thereby ensure that they learn the most.
You will also learn how to design your content so that it supports your recipients' motivation for learning.
During the course, examples of good and bad learning will be shown. We will laugh together at the bad examples and you can be inspired by the good ones.
We give you knowledge and inspiration on how you can use different learning formats to reach different target groups.
The foundation for good learning
This one-day course is for you who design learning and want to learn how to ensure that your recipients learn the most from the material you develop.
The day will focus mostly on the theory behind developing good learning for others.
For us humans to learn something, three things must happen:
- You must direct and maintain your attention on what is to be learned.
- You must be able to understand what you are experiencing.
- You must be able to remember what you experience.
It sounds easy enough, but how exactly do you ensure that your recipients pay attention to and maintain their attention on your learning material, and how do you ensure that they can understand it?
We teach you to understand what bottlenecks there are in the learning process and what you can do to minimize them so that your students get maximum learning benefits.

"I came into contact with Tomas Pødenphant Lund from Elearningspecialist in connection with the need to gain new insight and refresh my skills in the development and production of e-learning.
Did I get what I asked for?
No, I got MUCH more. Tomas manages to teach and motivate in a fresh, easy and humorous way. A rare quality. ON TOP of that I got a huge add on in the form of super qualified savings at a high level regarding learning and human psychology in relation to learning.
I can only give Tomas and Elearningspecialist my warmest recommendation if you want to do something with e-learning. It can only go too slowly. ”
