Are you a small or medium-sized company looking to switch to digital learning? At ElearningSpecialist you can get professional advice and guidance - and the best thing is that it can be completely free for you.
Who can apply?
To be considered for this pool, your company must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 2 full-time equivalents in the most recent completed accounting period
- SME status which implies a maximum of 249 employees and a turnover of a maximum of 50 million euros and/or a balance sheet of a maximum of 43 million euros
- 1:1 co-financing in the form of own hours (250 DKK/hour), cash payment, or a combination.
- Danish CVR number
- Received de minimis state aid of less than 200,000 euros, equivalent to approximately 1.5 million DKK, in the current and the two previous financial years in accordance with EU rules on de minimis aid.
Please note that primary businesses cannot apply for this pool, and that you can only apply for one project at a time. If your company has previously received a grant, this process must be completed and reported before you can apply again. This also applies if your company is part of a group of companies.

SME:Digital offers support to small and medium-sized enterprises that want to digitalize their business. You can apply for this support to cover the costs of our services.
*) However, you must co-finance 1:1. You can do this in the form of your own hours (250 DKK/hour), cash payment, or a combination.
Our process
We start with an introductory workshop, where we together gain a better understanding of your needs and translate them into a precise requirement specification. After the workshop, we select a number of platforms that fit your needs and obtain quotes and prices. We thoroughly review the selected platforms, participate in demos and evaluate the different candidates. Finally, we present the selected platforms and together we make a decision.
We will then advise you so that you are able to develop digital learning material yourself.
