"CRAWLING" TASKS
Over the past 20 years, we have solved a number of tasks that fall outside what can be called the normal area of e-learning in companies.
What they all have in common is that it is about learning, and we have combined didactics with business understanding - to create solutions that are a little out of the ordinary. Some solutions have been classroom teaching, others blended learning, and some have been digital learning.
Here are some examples of such tasks:
Development of subject plans
The task was to develop and document subject plans that described which competencies had to be mastered to be able to perform different tasks, how the task was documented and how to verify that the employees had achieved the necessary competencies. This was done in collaboration with various technical content experts.
Developing classroom training for business
The task was to develop classroom teaching for a large Danish company. The task included setting up learning objectives, didactic processing of technical material and much more. Deliverables included lesson plans, slides, exercises (e.g. professional board games) and evaluation questions.
Chinese people learn to develop e-learning
The task was to educate and inspire employees in Chinese organizations to become capable of developing (better) e-learning themselves. Our involvement in the project spanned a period of 18 months, during which we held several workshops and spoke at conferences while in China.
We have also helped with employee recruitment and much more.
